“ Hell Pizza used to be good quality pizza, but it’s getting worse and worse, at same level as Pizza Hut and Domino’s nowadays. Positive and different is that there are a lot of options to chose from including vegetarian and vegan, including customisations. Few not very healthy starters and disappointing salads (a bunch of not very fresh veggies in a plastic box without any seasoning or sauce) Most disappointing is the slow service. You order online or in store and you are told estimated time which is never accurate. Last time we had to wait extra 15 minutes past the originally given time to get our order which turned out to have a cheese which we didn’t order in first place. Too much chaos and disorganisation and I know the kids are doing their best to cope, but clearly lacking some management and organisation skills to pull it together ”
